This guide walks you through the complete process of creating a real-time alert sent to a Discord™ channel. We will monitor a specific column in your Google Sheet™ and send a rich message via Webhook.

link Step 1: Choose Channel

After clicking “Create Alert” in the dashboard, select the Discord card.

link Step 2: Source Data

Notify needs to know exactly where to look. You will see two dropdowns:

Sales Data

Select the specific tab in your workbook.

Revenue (D)

Select the column header to monitor.

link Step 3: Define Trigger

Notify will analyze your data. For this example, we want to know when a high-value sale occurs.

Fire ONLY when Revenue is > $1000.

link Step 4: Craft Message

Design the alert using Variables. Discord supports Markdown, so we can make it pop.

link Step 5: Connect & Deploy

Discord uses Webhooks to receive messages.

Go to your Discord Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks.
Click New Webhook and copy the URL.
Paste the URL into the Destination Target field in Notify.

Click "Deploy Alert". Your Discord channel will now receive instant updates whenever a high-value sale is recorded.
