This guide walks you through the complete process of creating a real-time alert sent to Telegram™. We will monitor a specific column in your Google Sheet™ and send a message whenever a cell changes.

link Step 1: Choose Channel

After clicking “Create Alert” in the dashboard, your first step is to select the destination.

link Step 2: Source Data

Notify needs to know exactly where to look. You will see two dropdowns:

tab Sheet Tab

Inventory List

Select the specific tab in your workbook.

Stock Level (C)

Select the column header to monitor.

link Step 3: Define Trigger

Notify will analyze your data and offer two logic modes.

Specific Value

Fire ONLY when Stock Level is 0.

Any Change

Fire on every edit.

link Step 4: Craft Message

Design the alert using Variables. You can click the variable chips to insert them.

Please reorder immediately!

link Step 5: Connect & Deploy

If this is your first time, you’ll need to link the bot.

Click “New” to get a 6-digit code (e.g., 928374).
Click “Open Telegram” and tap Start in the app.
Send the code 928374 to the bot.
Click “I Sent the Code” in the sidebar.

Ready to Go

Once verified, the button changes to "Deploy Alert". Click it, and your monitoring starts immediately. You can close the sidebar and the sheet—Notify runs in the background.
