Notify integrates with your favorite communication platforms to deliver real-time alerts. Each platform requires a slightly different setup method to ensure security and reliability.

Privacy Note

We strictly use official APIs and Webhooks. We never ask for your personal login passwords for Telegram™, Slack™, or Discord™.

link Telegram™ Setup

We use a custom verified bot to deliver messages to your private chats or groups.

Select Telegram™ in the "Connect Channel" step.

Click "New" to generate a unique 6-digit connection code.

Click "Open Telegram" (or search for @mynotifybot_sheets_bot).

Click Start in the Telegram™ app.

Type the 6-digit code and hit send.

Return to Google Sheets™ and click "I Sent the Code".

The sidebar will confirm the connection and show your Chat ID.

link Slack™ & Discord™ Setup

For team platforms, we use Incoming Webhooks. This is the industry standard for posting programmatic messages to a specific channel.

1 Open your Discord™ Server Settings.

2 Navigate to Integrations > Webhooks.

3 Click New Webhook and choose a channel.

4 Copy the Webhook URL and paste it into Notify.

link Slack™

1 Go to api.slack.com/apps and create a new App.

2 Enable Incoming Webhooks in the sidebar.

3 Click "Add New Webhook to Workspace" and authorize.

4 Copy the Webhook URL and paste it into Notify.

Pro Tip

You can reuse the same Webhook URL for multiple alerts if you want them all to go to the same channel. You don't need to set it up from scratch every time—Notify remembers your saved integrations.
